  • Processing Time: Orders with standard shipping are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship using UPS, FedEx, or XPO, depending on the size and destination of the order.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping may be available depending on your location. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require a faster delivery option.
  • International Orders: We do offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Original shipping costs (including expedited and international shipping) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item unless extensive labor is needed to restore the product (see eligibility points below)

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our team. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item, including any necessary return authorization details.

Return Eligibility 

Machinery:

  • Must be returned in good condition (free from damage beyond normal wear).
  • If repairs are needed to restore the item to its original condition, a restocking or service fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking or service fee will be charged if damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

Blades and Accessories:

  • Must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
