2024 is the year we introduce a new Ride-On Floor Scraper to the Anderson Innovations line of machines—the ES 1300. This floor scraper is based on our ES 1000, the most compact and capable Ride-On Floor Scraper under 1000 pounds.
Highlights of the ES 1300 Ride-On Floor Scraper
Like the ES 1000, the ES 1300 comes in the same compact size, but without the power cord. It’s extremely versatile as the machine can go where many other Ride-On floor scrapers can’t without the need to be connected to any extension cords or access to 220V outlets. Other highlights include:
- An additional 300 pounds of weight added to improve flooring removal capabilities
- Ability to remove 325 pounds of floor scraper’s weight to make transportation easier
- Compact size making it easy to fit into vans and small elevators
- The patented Forward Slope Technology (FST) gives the machine the ability to perform the same work generally reserved for a larger weight class machine but in a much more compact size
- Both the height and angle of the blade can be adjusted so the user can “fine tune” the machine for any type of flooring removal (ceramic tile, VCT, carpet, wood, etc.)
- Can run at speeds up to 140 ft/minute with up to 3 hours of operating time on a battery pack
- A Speed Load battery system that allows the user to swap out battery packs in a few seconds.
Innovative Battery Technology
The ES 1300 is our first ride-on floor scraper powered by lithium batteries. Using lithium technology allows for longer run times with a much smaller/lighter pack than lead acid batteries, along with a greatly reduced charge cycle time. These attributes work perfectly with our Speed Load battery pack system, which, like a cordless power tool, allows operators to rapidly change out a discharged battery pack with a fresh one.
As a result of the fast charge cycle of the Lithium batteries, if a user starts the day with two fully charged battery packs, they can expect around 8 hours of runtime by changing out battery packs when needed. With three battery packs, this machine could operate continuously with no downtime. Each additional battery pack ordered includes a 110V charger, so multiple packs can be charged simultaneously throughout the workday. You can purchase additional battery packs when you order an ES 1300, or you can order them separately at a later date.
